Korean Journal of Women Health Nursing (KJWHN) is pleased to announce being accepted for inclusion in Web of Science (WoS) Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI) as of December 5, 2022.

The coverage period will be retroactively applied to 2020

  - Thus, publications from 2020 (vol 26, number 1) will be included in both PMC and ESCI databases.

 

KJWHN is now triple crown indexed in Scopus (from 2018~); PMC and ESCI (from 2020~).

We sincerely thank all authors, reviewers, and readers of KJWHN, for your contributions and support that made this possible.

 

We wish to alert potential authors of the following important issues that will help us maintain excellence:

• Strengthening policy to share clinical registration number [To be applied from 28(4), December 2022 issue]

     - For interventional studies, please share clinical registration number at submission (e.g., from CRiS, clinicaltrials.gov, etc.)

     - Prospective registration is recommended. If retrospective registration was done, please provide brief description of reason along with

       registration number.

     - An exception is interventional studies on students/healthcare providers that focus on knowledge, attitude, etc.,

        that do not have direct impact on patient health outcomes.

• 중재연구의 임상연구 등록번호 명시 [적용 시점: 2022년 12월호 (28권 4호) 부터]

     - 인간대상 중재연구(interventional study)의 등록번호를 투고 시 명시 요망

     - 전향적 등록을 원칙으로 하며 후향적 등록 시 사유를 간단히 기술 요망. 국립보건연구원 CRiS에서 후향적 등록 가능함(https://cris.nih.go.kr/).

     - 예외 사항: 학생/의료인 대상 지식, 태도 측정으로 국한되어 환자 건강성과에 직접적으로 영향을 미치지 않는 연구 등.

• Policy on data sharing: As noted in author guidelines (https://www.kjwhn.org/authors/authors.php, Table 1), all interventional studies should indicate statement on data sharing. For authors who wish to share data, KJWHN can deposit data after de-identification at Harvard Dataverse. Data sharing encourages transparency and reproducibility of research; A separate DOI will be provided.

• 투고되는 중재연구의 데이터 공유 관련 고지 요망: 투고규정에 기술된 대로 밝힐 것 (https://www.kjwhn.org/authors/authors.php, 표1 참조).

         저자가 원할 시 익명화 형태 영문 데이터 파일을 편집위원회에서 Harvard Dataverse 에 탑재 가능함.

         데이터 공유는 연구의 투명성 및 재현성에 도움이 되며 별도 DOI를 부여 받음.
